Ingredients


  • 5 beer and cheddar bison bratwursts
  • 5 butter top buns
  • Your favorite cheeses
  • Hot cheese sauce
  • 4 cups of water

Directions


  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add sausages, and reduce heat to simmer. Cook until sausages have reached an internal temperature of 160°F, or 5-7 minutes.
  2. Remove sausages from water and place in buns. Top with cheese, as well as the hot cheese sauce, and serve.
